Recently some Silicon Valley corporations released their diversity numbers and there is no time like the present to address this topic. Diversity is critical for superior long-term performance and success.

So MESA along with the Mountain View Chamber of Commerce and Connect.Work.Thrive. have teamed up with top Silicon Valley executives to find construction and actionable solutions to increasing diversity in the workforce.

The Workforce Diversity Summit, Tuesday, February 10 at the Microsoft SVC Building 1 in Mountain View will bring together hundreds of senior level executives to identify, acquire, manage and retain a diverse workforce.

Speakers include MESA’s executive director Dr. Oscar F. Porter, Intel Capital Vice President Lisa Lambert, Cisco Senior Vice President K.C. Wu, and State Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom Torlakson.

The summit sponsors include Microsoft, Google, Cisco and Abilities United.
